Hardac is an AI studio based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This site (the “Site”) is operated by Hardac to share what we’re building and to let visitors follow our progress and raise their hand as potential pilot partners.

What information we collect
We collect only what we need to operate this Site and respond to you:
- Contact details — the email address you provide when you sign up to follow the build, and anything you choose to include if you email us about a pilot.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type, and the timestamps of your visits, kept for security and a basic, aggregate understanding of Site traffic.
How we use it
- To send the occasional product updates you signed up for.
- To respond to pilot-partnership and contact inquiries.
- To keep the Site secure and reliable.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketing networks.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of vendors to operate this Site. Each only receives the data necessary to do its job, and none of them sell your data:
- Resend — delivers the email notifications and updates tied to your sign-up.
- Render — hosts the application that serves this Site.
How we protect it
- All traffic to and from this Site uses HTTPS / TLS encryption.
- We collect a minimal amount of data and limit access to authorized Hardac team members.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent — you can unsubscribe from updates at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email chris@gillespielandscape.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children’s privacy
This Site is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
