Your team
Extra people on the account

Your agent price covers you. Anyone else working the agents directly — a partner, an office manager, a foreman who texts Cole — is $79 a month at the founding rate, $99 after. Crews receiving texts are not seats; that is just running the job.

Every conversation with an agent costs real money to run. We would rather price that honestly than promise unlimited and quietly ration it. Each agent comes with a monthly allowance most companies will never think about — if you run past it, we tell you. We do not cut you off mid-job.

Questions

The ones people actually ask

No — that is the whole point. You hire one agent, the way you would hire one person. Most companies start with Mack because quoting is what is eating their evenings, then add Cole when the schedule starts slipping.
